    The field of study of this course includes textual studies of Islamic teaching sources, namely the Qur’an and Hadith and includes contextual studies which include studies in the socio-economic and social fields that exist and develop in society so as to provide a basis for developing student personality. in his capacity as a Muslim intellectual who believes and fears God Almighty, is virtuous, thinks rationally and dynamically, has broad views and actively participates in the development and utilization of science and technology as well as art in the life of religion, state and society. In addition to receiving submissions from lecturers, students are also asked to carry out learning with group discussions and assignments.   • UNI1002 Pancasila
    This course examines the educational background of Pancasila, Pancasila in the study of Indonesian history, Pancasila as the basis of the state, state ideology, philosophical system, ethical system, and the value base of scientific development. With the implementation of Pancasila Education in Higher Education, it is hoped that a learning vehicle can be created for students to study Pancasila academically (genetivusobjectivus), and make Pancasila a perspective for studying, analyzing, and solving problems of the nation and state (genetivussubjectivus).     This course is an Indonesian language personality development course. After attending this course, students are expected to be able to (1) use Indonesian to enrich scientific thoughts, ideas, and attitudes into various forms of quality scientific work (fulfilling the requirements of objectivity, coherence, cohesion, effectiveness, efficiency, and communicativeness); (2) critically edit various scientific works and refine them based on the results of the edits; (3) take advantage of proficiency in the Indonesian language to develop themselves throughout life. This course discusses various forms and types of discourse, both spoken and written which includes the nature of discourse, text, context, and context, discourse structure (themes, topics, titles), types of discourse, discourse study techniques; cohesion, coherence, and completeness of discourse; the nature of paragraphs and paratones, and types of paragraph structure; cohesion and coherence markers; pragmatics and important topics in pragmatics; and critical discourse analysis. The learning method used is the SCL (Student-Centered Learning) method which places students as learning subjects.   • GIN3102 Traditional Theater Of Melayu Palembang
    This course discusses the traditional theater of Melayu Palembang, especially the Dulmuluk theater. Its scope is to study syair  (poetry) of Sultan Abdul Muluk and syair of Siti Zubaidah as the basis for the story of Dulmuluk’s theater. Next, a poetry-based script is made, arranging the management of Dulmuluk’s performance into the artistic team and managerial team and staging Dulmuluk. Learning activities are in the form of face-to-face and or online lectures and the provision of structured assignments both individually and in groups through creative exercises and performances. The learning method used is project-based, case studies, and problem-based learning by way of presentations, discussions, and assignments. The assessments are writing dulmuluk scripts and performing arts in front of the audience (in the form of Dulmuluk theater practices and or performances). The resulting product is in the form of a Dulmuluk script and a Dulmuluk performance (which is recorded and uploaded to YouTube).

    This course studies the basic concepts of evaluation in relation to the measurement of teaching and learning outcomes of Indonesian language and literature, both process evaluation and evaluation of learning outcomes which include (1) understanding, objectives, the role of evaluation, and the role of measurement in language and literature learning, (2) types of language and literature tests, (3) types of language evaluation both receptive and productive, and portfolio assessment with various forms of questions and types of text, (4) forms of Minimum Competency Assessment (AKM) questions, (5) development of AKM-Reading Literacy questions based on level (level 4–level 6), (6) Validation of AKM questions, and (7) computer application in item analysis.
