PK2MB Mathematics Education Study Program 2021

Introduction to Campus Life for New Students (PK2MB), which is an annual agenda of Sriwijaya University, aims to introduce all elements of campus life, ranging from stakeholders, facilities, programs, and lecture activities to new students. This year, the PK2MB Mathematics Education study program was carried out 2 times. The first session is held on Thursday, August 19 2021 at 13.00 WIB via zoom conference meeting, and the second session will be held on Saturday, August 21 2021 starting at 08.00 WIB.

This activity was opened by the Study Program coordinator, Dr. Hapizah, M.T. and continued with the introduction of the lecturers in the study program. Several materials were presented briefly in the first session, including the lecture load, curriculum, e-learning, and academic system (see). This activity was attended by 80 new students from the National Selection for State Higher Education (SNMPTN), Joint Selection for State Higher Education (SBMPTN), and Independent Selection Examination (USM). All 80 students were divided into two classes, namely the Indralaya Class (for SNMPTN and SBMPTN students) and the Palembang Class (for USM students). Lectures for new students will start on Monday, August 23, 2021, while existing students had started on August 9, 2021.

Finally, we would like to welcome and welcome to be part of a big family to all new students of the Mathematics Education Study Program. Hopefully they can learn well and make a positive contribution to society at large.
